This is me: B. Scott Andersen (NE1RD). I will be
using the call sign V4/NE1RD while on St. Kitts. I was
first licensed in 2002, somewhat late in life, and have
been scrambling since to make up for lost time. I love
building kits, tinkering and learning how things work, and,
of course, traveling with the radio. I am a software
developer by trade and have developed a few ham
radio-related utilities such as Cab-converter™ and QSLpro™.

chronicling the planning process and events during the
DXpedition. These trips are usually family vacation
time so I am accompanied by Sandy Peters, the
inspiration and love of my life. Without her, all of
this would be meaningless to me.
